Our Returns Policy (Uk Customers)

Lapodo Ltd offers a 30-day return policy in line with your rights under UK distance selling regulations. If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

You are responsible for return postage, and we recommend using a fully insured courier service to protect against loss or damage during transit. Please ensure the item is returned in its original, unmodified condition, including all packaging and accessories.

Checking and Reporting Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported to Lapodo Ltd within 1 working day. We cannot accept claims for damage reported outside of this timeframe.

Returns Process

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service team within the 30-day return period to obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. RMAs are valid for five days from the date of issue. Include the completed RMA form inside the package, and clearly display the RMA number on the return label. Please do not write directly on the product packaging. Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
