Lapodo Ltd offers a 30-day return policy in line with your rights under UK distance selling regulations. If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Checking and Reporting Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported to Lapodo Ltd within 1 working day. We cannot accept claims for damage reported outside of this timeframe.

Returns Process

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service team within the 30-day return period to obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. RMAs are valid for five days from the date of issue. Include the completed RMA form inside the package, and clearly display the RMA number on the return label. Please do not write directly on the product packaging. Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.

A new product is a factory-sealed item, in pristine condition. They come with a minimum of 1 Year return warranty or a manufacturers warranty ( as stated on the product page )

New Open-Box

A new opened box item are unused products that were either cancelled or unused returns. These products do not have any cosmetic damage and still include the manufacturer warranty and support ( as stated on the product page ). Essentially, they are just like brand new products but priced lower as they have been opened.

Open-Box (Seller Refurbished) 

Open box (Seller Refurbished) are products that were either opened unused or may have had light use. These products are generally as new condition but some may have light cosmetic damage or signs of use. They still include the manufacturer warranty and support ( as stated on the product page ). Essentially, they are just like brand new products but priced lower as they have been opened. Manufacturer warranty supplied with these products is fixed/ non transferable, it can in some cases be extended ( additional cost ). Warranty expiry date wil be stated on the product page.

Manufacturer Refurbished

Manufacturer refurbished products are professionally restored to like-new condition by the original manufacturer.
